Finishing Up

I had originally planned to graduate in May of 2011 with only a minor in psychology, but after a meeting with Dr. Deb Foss in Advising Services, I learned I only needed an additional four classes to turn my minor into a second major. The psychology classes I have taken have proven to be both challenging and rewarding and have helped to prepare me for a career which I plan to begin in just a few short weeks.

In my final year, I enrolled at MCLA as a part time student with only two classes each semester. Apart from classes, I spent most of my time working at the Admission Office. Although I left my job as the Teleblazing Coordinator, I continued working at the Admission Office as an admission assistant and assisting with Teleblazing nights. In addition, I have been invited to join MCLA's chapter of Psi Chi, a national honor society for psychology students. I will be inducted into Psi Chi next month.
