B-GLAD is the queer-straight alliance at the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.

B-GLAD at MCLA exists as a student organization to reach out to and unite the non-heterosexual student body, faculty, staff, administration and their allies. The organization’s main goals are to promote tolerance and acceptance of students regardless of sexual orientation, provide information and support for queer and questioning students, and to provide general education about LGBTQ issues to the campus community.

We hope to do this by creating and maintaining an alliance of all sexual orientations and gender identities. We hope to create a safe environment for all through open discussion, educational activities, and social events.
